Good location but overpriced for size & facilities

The location; the check-in was easy and I was able to check-in early.

The facilities; the taps didn’t work properly in the bathroom so only a trickle of water came out; the roof leaked so I woke up with water on the bed and my belongings; the coffee machine still had old water in it.

Posizione eccellente, ma il resto...

Posizione eccellente, in pieno centro (zona ZTL) a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale e dal lungomare. Dotazione elettrodomestici completa (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, frigo, grande forno elettrico e piano cottura elettrico).

Spazi molto ridotti. Appartamento su due livelli con scala a chiocciola (piccola e scomoda) per il piano superiore. Non molto curato nei dettagli, bagno senza porta, separato dalla camera con una tenda. Erogazione acqua debole.
