Terrible handler

Location

The entire building was cold and smelling bad. The apartment was cold. It is a euphemism to say that with the installation of a split the apartment has heating. The split was not working properly very possibly because filters were not cleaned or other issues. Despite the temperature was set to high the room never reached an acceptable normal temperature and it was really cold. The bathroom has no heating at all. The second day of our stay, after many calls the the property was insisting the bathroom had a small electric portable heater (in the bathroom 😳😳😳) but we had to find it ourselves hidden under the bad. It was broken but still functioning so we had to use it as main heating of the room as the split was blowing cold air and the property was saying they were not able to assist because of the holidays. The evening of the second day the property called to say they could not help and we had to leave the apartment, not offering alternative solution. The overall impression was that the property didn’t really know the apartment conditions and was unable to manage the situation as the local handler was off for the vacation days. We stayed from the 31st of December to the 2nd of January and the outside temperature was even less than 4 degrees. Not a pleasant stay, at all.

cosy, clean, well equiped studio with sunny terrace

eventhough the studio was not in the centre, in the street you could find a bar, restaurant, supermarket, etc. the beach is only a 5 min walk away the studio was very clean, with a terrace that offered few hours of morning sun the hostess was helpfull via whatsapp

the only negative thing were the loud neighbours

very nice, clean apartment with amazing terrace. was very nice from the owners to leave cold bottle of wine in the fridge.

communication was not that easy, as owners was speaking not very good English, and our Italian was really basic, but after 15 min we found how to get in into the apartment :)

A wonderful short stay at Versilia Apartment Forte Dei Marmi.

The apartment was in a lovely area, close to shops, eating areas and the beach and the beach restaurants. The accommodation was clean and very well equipped with a lovely little eating area outside. The bed was so comfortable I slept like a log.

Struttura molto pulita. Arredamento moderno e confortevole. Bellissimo e funzionale il terrazzo esterno. Struttura dotata di tutti i servizi.

Se dovessi dare un consiglio, a mio avviso sarebbe utile mettere degli ulteriori appendini a muro per poter posare gli asciugamani e la biancheria da bagno.

Casa molto carina e curata. Abbiamo trovato anche biscotti e cialde del caffè, oltre alle caramelle. Piccole cose che fanno accoglienza.

Carino il loft, abbastanza ampio, con il necessario presente. Molto gentile la persona di riferimento.

La stanza, a dicembre, era piuttosto fredda e il condizionatore non ha scaldato abbastanza da provare un senso di tepore.

Het interieur was modern. Fijn dat er een buitenplaats was. De locatie was erg fijn. Tegenover zit een supermarkt en het strand is met een paar minuten te bereiken.

Wij vonden het de hoge score niet waard. Het appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt. Veel stof, haren en spinnenwebben. We kregen erg weinig handdoeken. Informatievoorziening vanuit de host van ook minimaal. Let op: buiten is een wasmachine die je kunt gebruiken (staat erg verstopt). En er zijn 3 fietsen die je kunt gebruiken. Daar kwamen wij achter door andere reviews. Je moet de host er om vragen. Al met al was het oke voor een kort verblijf.

Ligging is uitstekend, op enkele minuten wandelen van het strand.

Verouderde inrichting, rommelig ook, gebouw en tuin zijn niet goed onderhouden

Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt durchaus zu empfehlen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage war sehr nützlich. Die Terrasse war angenehm gestaltet.

Die Matratze war leider durch. Die Ausstattung der Küche lädt nicht wirklich zum Kochen ein. Leider waren einmal die jugendlichen Nachbarn die gesamte Nacht sehr laut (Samstags). Das Check-out verlief chaotisch.

Il posto ideale dove passare qualche giorno in due

Ritorniamo per la seconda volta e confermiamo il gradimento del posto, molto carino, intimo e curato; purtroppo anche questa volta per questioni di clima non abbiamo potuto sfruttare il terrazzino se non per un veloce aperitivo, che però già così ci ha regalato un bel momento di relax. Torneremo sicuramente

L'appartamento delizioso, piccolo ma curato e confortevole; bellissima la terrazza anche se per clima non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla. Posizione buona

Sull'annuncio è incluso l'utilizzo di biciclette, che data la stagione però erano ricoverate e non utilizzabili; il ragionamento ha anche un senso però saperlo una volta giunti sul posto non è stato piacevole. Ad ogni modo la proprietaria si è offerta di pagarci eventuale noleggio bici, quindi il comportamento è stato corretto alla fin dei conti

Ottimo appoggio per la vita da mare.

Posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Appartamento grande, letto ampio, terrazza super. Cucina funzionale e attrezzata con anche basilari forniture che non sempre si trovano (olio, sale, caffè, detersivo...).

I condomini stabili rumorosi (la signora che urla al telefono e quelli di sopra che spostano le sedie alla mattina). Aver dovuto affrontare un vicino arrabbiato perché avevo parcheggiato dove si solito parcheggia lui (ma non c'erano scritte né la signora mi aveva avvisato di questo).
