La proximité du centre-ville, la taille du logement avec des pièces bien séparées.
Arriver à 16h, jour de canicule, constater que les fenêtres sont en simples vitrage et que les volets n'ont pas été fermés complètement (orientation plein sud). 30° à l'intérieur. Énorme vis à vis. Quand vous pouvez enfin tout ouvrir pour aérer, vous vous retrouvez en tête à tête avec les gens du bâtiment d'en face. Sympa l'intimité surtout dans la chambre. Une machine à laver à dispo mais pas d'étendoir. Manque de rangement dans la cuisine et le salon. Wifi capricieux.
