Logement très bien situé proche du centre historique, au bord de l'eau, dans un environnement très agréable et facile d'accès. La place de parking est appréciable. Notre hôte a été très aidant puisqu'en difficulté avec des problèmes de voiture. Il nous a permis de gérer au mieux cette situation en étant aussi très réactif. La cuisine est équipée de nombreux rangements, idéale pour des séjours de plusieurs jours voire à la semaine.
La literie d'un des lits était très médiocre. Le logement est dans un immeuble des années 70 ou 80, avec peu de style. On a l'impression d'être dans l'appartement de quelqu'un mais en même temps c'est plutôt froid avec une décoration assez impersonnelle. Les nombreux placards de la cuisine sont plutôt vides.

L’emplacement au bord de l’Isle et la dimension agréable de l’appartement. Les équipements sont complets et fonctionnels. L’hôte est aimable et efficace. Une très bonne solution d’hébergement à Perigueux au calme et proche du centre-ville.
Tout est optimal mais le confort du canapé lit est perfectible… Mais pour une nuit ça va.
