Downtown Apartment w Jacuzzi&Terrace Parkview v2

This apartment is a polarizing space. I would like to provide as neutral an assessment as possible. For me, the location was the most important factor. There was also an option for parking—parking spaces that could accommodate even my large vehicle. The kitchen was equipped with all the essential utensils. The self-check-in process was well-organized (an AI-powered app handles the formalities; though, for those who find this too complicated or simply dislike it, there is likely an option for direct contact). I was generally able to reach the host easily, and he was friendly. I appreciated the fact that the apartment offered plenty of space. While some other guests have complained that it feels too empty, I actually liked it that way—it contained all the necessary furniture. And by the way: there was no smell coming from the drain. That’s likely because a previous guest placed a bag under it, so the odor is no longer an issue. I think that’s an acceptable solution—there’s a rug covering it anyway. Overall, I was able to enjoy my stay.

There are also some points I didn’t like. The apartment’s decor could use some attention: pictures are hanging crookedly, there’s the beginning of mold near the bathtub, the bedroom door handle is missing (though I didn’t find that too big of a deal), and there are issues with the window blinds. Cleanliness could also be improved—for instance, there were a few hairs on the pillow (it didn’t bother me, as I had brought my own). Honestly, it would only take someone with the right skills and a keen eye spending an hour or two in the apartment to fix these things; then it could easily be a 10-star apartment. As it stands, unfortunately, it isn’t. Also, the parking access needs to be rethought—you have to contact the host every single time. While that worked out fine for me, it’s certainly not ideal. In summary, I feel that the positive aspects outweigh the negatives, and I would be happy to return.

Location was convenient for us. The park is great

Not very clean, the apartment is not keeps in the best conditions, many broken things. difficult to communicate with the host on the check-in day even we agree to pay additional for early checkin, we were waiting 30 min in front of the block and the host was not answering our messages and calls. Despite 4 persons we have received only 2 towels for 2 out of 4 days. I am not sure I would recommend this place.
