Modern and clean, well maintained and equipped.
Nice sun patio, with outside furniture.
Security was excellent and felt very safe.
Great underground parking/garage, snow salt and shovel available if required.
Bus stop outside property, so easy access to Morzine Village or short ride up to gondola for access to Avoriaz.
Communication with Lucie from the agency was always prompt and helpful no matter what time of day 😀
There is no shower screen/ curtain, which is a real shame given that it’s a great shower over the bath with a riser bar, we would prefer to stand for a shower!
Don’t like the idea of slashing water around the bathroom 😩
There are no rubbish/recycling bins within walking distance, you have to either use the bus or drive to the general public bins situated on the main road towards Morzine.
There are no food shops nearby, but there is a very well stocked Carrefour in Morzine.
Good to arrive with all provisions if driving, could be an issue otherwise !

Calme , confort et décoration du logement
très bon accueil
Très bien sécurisé
Literie des enfants : lits en bois qui faisaient beaucoup de bruit
Manoeuvre difficile pour se garer dans le parking
pas de place de parking extérieure
Un peu trop éloigné des premiers commerces (boulangerie : obligation de prendre son véhicule)
