Disappointing and not worth the money we paid for it .

Location and staff

The apartment was unpleasant and the bedroom was tiny. The internet connection was extremely slow and unusable . The apartment wasn’t clean enough .

Location was brilliant for the centre of avoriaz and the lifts. Supermarket a two minute walk and lots of bars and restaurants close by. Super clean, very comfy, well equipped kitchen, wifi great, loved the balcony, staff were very responsive to questions durning my stay. The ski locker is also easy to access. I stayed on my own but this one bed apartment would be great for a family or a couple or even four adults who get on well. Sofa bed was a good size.

Excellent location - close to the Avoriaz vehicle drop off and you can ski in / ski out. Staff extremely polite and helpful. The apartment itself is pretty basic but it was clean and exactly what we needed for a short trip.

We loved the location of the accommodation. The view was stunning. Nice little shops and bakeries around.

Unfortunately the room was not cleaned properly. There’re the dirty bedsheets from the previous guests, plenty of hair on the floor.

It was hassle transferring luggage from car to apartment. WiFi not working for our holiday. That bothered the children more than me!

The location and views from the balcony were excellent. Apartment was nice and well equipped.

The view and the location were extraordinary! From the top flours of the hotel one can observe some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the mountain!

The bed linings could need renewal, nevertheless, they were packaged and very clean.

Great mountain weekend, clean and convenient

Comfy room, perfect for 2 adults+ 2 kids. Magnificent view over the mountains and valley! Complete with kitchen utensils, dishwasher etc. There was even dishwasher tablets provided! (quite rare). The personnel in the reception were very friendly.

The room smelled a bit of smoke. This also happened to us the last time we stayed in the same place, although last time it was worse with a very strong smell. It is a shame that guests smoke inside the rooms when there is a balcony attached!

Great value for money - Mountain Getaway

Great value for money! Summer getaway to escape the heat and enjoy the cool mountain summer weather. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helped us to book a 2nd night as we wanted to extend the stay. The large room was very comfortable. The kids loved it. The room was well equipped with kitchen utensils, towels, including even dishwasher tablets.

The bedroom has a window onto the communal corridor. It's not a big deal, but it takes a bit of getting used to. There is a curtain of course
