Modern Stay - Walk to Everything 2

Well located, very comfortable bed and good quality linen. The host was very responsive when needed. Washing machine not operating and this was rectified next morning. TV and fridge good.

Check in instructions from Booking.com said someone would meet me at the premises, this was wrong and door codes were only sent least than an hour before checking. This was very confusing A couple of extra bin bags and some instructions about their recycling system would have been helpful.

Very handy for town, harbour and bus depot.

These did not mar the quality of our stay, but they could enhance it. None of them is difficult or expensive to implement. 1. Any size mirror on both bedroom wardrobes would be an enormous benefit when getting dressed. 2. The building could have a name plaque, for ease of identification, as there are many Knaptons in that courtyard. Also, some parking bay numbers would be helpful too. 3. There were no working salt or pepper mills during our stay. Unfortunately, we found that out too late so we just didn't condiment our food in the end. I stress these are not big issues, just minor enhancements.
