La casa, es espectacular. Amplia, muy grande… preciosa!

Por poner algo… quizás la zona de la piscina y el césped precisan algo más de mantenimiento.

Beautiful property. Spacious, modern, excellent fixtures and fittings. 5 bedrooms with 9 separate beds, making it an excellent choice for a group of friends. Also 3 great bathrooms, so as a group of 6 we shared 2 to a bathroom meaning there were never any queues! Air conditioning made it very comfortable throughout living space and bedrooms. Big fridge freezer with ice making machine was very useful. We loved the garden and pool area, and spent a couple of hours relaxing here each day as well as being able to have breakfast in the garden, and enjoy a drink here before heading out in the evenings. We found great value cafes within easy reach, around the stadium area on our first afternoon when we were ready for food and drink after our journey, without heading into the centre of Seville. There is also a Lidl just a few minutes walk away which was useful for breakfast food and also lunch one day (n.b. not open on Sundays). We used Ubers to get us in and out of Seville (Euro 13-16) between 6 of us this was cheaper than public transport and very quick and easy. Overall we would definitely recommend this property, some may prefer to be in the centre of Seville, but we preferred being a short distance out, where it was quieter and we had the benefit of a pool and private outside space. The house is over 3 floors and there is a lift - we didn't use this however as it was requested it was only used for the less mobile.

Struggling to think of anything that could be better really. A couple more sunbeds would be nice, there are 4 and the house is kitted our for more people, but it was never a problem for us.

Beautifully clean and very well equipped. Three full bathrooms each with their own hair dryer. Comfy beds. Fab garden and pool. Lidl one minute walk and carrefour and shopping centre 5 min walk. Ten minute walk to the tram which took you up outside the cathedral.

The air conditioning on the second floor was difficult to get working and if was very hot when we stayed. The maintenance and staff were very helpful but we never got it under control. I’d advise if a staff member could give you a demo when they greet you at the property. Otherwise everything was excellent
