Zupełny brak kontaktu z gospodarzem. Miałam problem z WiFi. Potrzebowałam pracować. Niestety nie odbierał i nie odpisywał. Musiałam zmienić lokal mimo opłaconej rezerwacji.

Location, very close to the club Stodola - we went to two concerts during our stay. The room is cozy. Basic necessities are in place. Easy check-in process.

* Towels were worn out, no longer white, more grey. I wouldn't use it myself, let alone give it to guests. But it is a small inconvenience. * The bigger issue was communication. One evening, we noticed there was no water in the room. We called the host the next morning to ask whether the issue was known and how long it would take to be fixed. The host (man) told us that the water is non-functional across the whole district, and this information can be found online (as we would know this fact coming from another country) and that he would send us some locations (like gyms) where we can take a shower (spoiler: we did not get such information). We decided to go to another city 2 hours from this location and after an hour or two we got a text from host (woman) if we noticed any leaks in the room and if we can get back to the apartment as soon as possible. As we were away, we gave permission to enter the room without us and inform us right away about the status. Two hours passed, no update. Tried calling, no luck. Called the man and asked if he knows the status, he did not even know that there is a possible leak in the apartment. He promised to get back to us. (guess what, he never did, again) We only got an update after ~6 hours that everything is fine. Seriously? We were panicking during this time and could not focus on our visit while constantly worrying that something had gone wrong when there was complete silence from the host side. A simple text would be sufficient. This is not the standard we would expect. The apartment's location and the apartment itself are great, but this situation has deeply disappointed us.
