Great location and perfect place for a couple. Everything working, the kitchen, internet, access to netflix, very close to metro and very quiet place. Comfortable bed.

It’s fine in general. A bit small but nice for a short stay.
There were too few towels for two people. And I noticed such things in several occasions. Also check in at 4pm is not really convenient.

Overall, I found the apartment very comfortable and felt good staying there alone. It would also suit a couple, as the space—though compact—is enough for a short stay or even longer for one or two people. The location was especially valuable, being close to the metro station and the city center. Considering the private bathroom and the convenience of having everything to yourself, the price was very reasonable and worth it.
I only missed having shampoo provided, which would be a nice extra touch for travelers. I also noticed a small spider web in the bathroom corner, which slightly affected the impression, though overall the place was clean and comfortable.

For one night - we managed.
Pros - of course the location, the center, and 100m from the theater where we had a show.
Cons - well, since parking on this street is only possible for residents - it would be good to have such a permit. After 40 minutes of searching we managed to park, over 1.5km away. Additionally - the apartment is right by the entrance door to the building - throughout the night we were woken up by the signal of the door code when the residents returned home.
