Riad Berber Towers

Exceptional hospitality in the heart of the Atlas Mountains What an incredible place! Our stay at Riad Berber Towers was short but sweet – just two nights – but it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our Moroccan adventure. Hospitality is the name of the game here, and Omar has absolutely mastered it. Warm, friendly, welcoming and genuinely passionate about looking after his guests, he really is an exceptional host. His many years of experience in tourism and as a professional guide are evident in everything he does. There is a real sense of professionalism here, combined with warmth, generosity and a personal touch that makes the experience feel so special. Nothing is too much trouble, and that same approach extends throughout his team. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained and ideally located in Imlil, with breathtaking views of the surrounding Atlas Mountains. Every little detail has been considered, from the wonderfully comfortable beds and underfloor heating to the kettle in the room, complimentary bottled water and seemingly endless Moroccan mint tea. It’s these thoughtful touches that make such a difference. The food deserves a special mention too. Our breakfasts were excellent, plentiful and beautifully presented, while our traditional Moroccan dinner was absolutely delicious. Omar’s hospitality also extends well beyond the riad. He helped organise our transfers and arranged a fantastic cultural excursion, taking in the bustling Saturday market in Asni, traditional bread making, tagine and tea preparation, a gentle countryside walk and a fascinating visit to the local salt mines. We were particularly fortunate to have Omar himself as our guide. His knowledge, enthusiasm and personal insights made the whole experience even more memorable. There is something very special about this place.

We loved our stay at Berber Towers! It really made our stay in Imlil special. It is a beautiful riad, built with love, and Omar looked after us with kindness and generosity and treated us like we were family He really cared about our comfort. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and we loved the rooftop terrace. We did a great cooking class with the ladies in the kitchen! We will definitely be back.

Vi likte oss meget godt på Riad Berber Towers. Omar og hans team var svært hyggelige, gjestfrie og hjelpsomme. De organiserte transport til og fra Marrakesh og guide til fjellturene. Rommet var stort og rent med fint bad, og svært stille og rolig. Frokost og middag var meget velsmakende. Vi var svært fornøyd med guiden, Rajid, for våre fjellturer. Meget hyggelig og kunnskapsrik. Det overgikk enhver forventning da han inviterte til en nydelig lunsj i sitt hjem. Uforglemmelig.
