It is located conveniently near all the Gyeongju attractions, the room is spacious and comfortable.

We loved it! (1) great location - walking distance to the historic sites, easy access by car and surprisingly quiet; (2) large private off street parkimg - rare in Gyeongju; (3) large comfortable appartment, lots of space, good beds, safety box, fast wifi, squeeky clean, helpful staff, very new.

(1) the breakfast was adapted to local tastes. As much as I enjoy Korean food for lunch and dinner, I prefer more European fare for breakfast; (2) that cafferia behind reception isn’t the best in town either - however, that hardly matters - there is a plenty of eateries in the vicinity.

Location was good, close to areas we were touring. Parking on site. On site 24 hour convenience store was nice.

Hard to find this hotel, could have used better written instructions prior to arrival. Upon arrival, we could not find the Reception Desk. We searched around and finally had to ask another guest entering the building where to find it - which was across the parking lot in another building. A little clearer signage upon entering the hotel reception area would have been great. Carpeting on main floor in foyer and elevator area is very dirty and worn.
