    Disappointing stay at Grace Vista. No towels or amenities were provided, and the staff ignored my requests for help. To make matters worse, the lift was broken on my final day, so I had to carry all my bags down four floors myself.

    It was great to stay in such a clean and neat place. We were 4 members and we have got a proper 2 BHK apartment type rooms with kitchen , living room and balcony. Geyser was not working which was an issue for us but the other room had it so we were able to manage it. Parking is limited within the property but you can park outside too. You do not have any restaurant within the premises

    We booked a room through Agoda for three days. Agoda didn’t provide an online payment option, so the payment had to be made at the hotel. After our booking was confirmed and we checked in, the receptionist at Grace Vista informed us the next day that they would not accept the price shown in our Agoda reservation, but we'll have to pay the double amount than what's reflected in the bill. The staff was rude, and we had to cancel the remaining two days, staying only for one night. They even claimed that the booking confirmation wasn’t showing in their system, clearly an attempt to charge guests more. The room was also poorly maintained and very small. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service at Grace Vista.
