Everything was amazing

Honestly would be a 10 in all the areas - beautiful location, amazing interior inside of the rocks and great amenities. The access to the terraces was very memorable, making our stay even more perfect.

The thing that made our experience worse was the attitude of the person giving us the keys. We have requested our arrival to be at 3pm to which the owner has agreed to. When we arrived we still hadn’t received any instructions regarding our check in, nor was anyone waiting for us. We waited for some time and around 4pm we called the property, multiple times, and received the information that the manager of the property will be there to meet us with the keys in about 40 minutes. It was a very hot day so the wait wasn’t pleasant. When he finally arrived he wasn’t sorry at all but instead was acting like it’s normal for his guests to wait for him this long. We have never experienced a similar treatment anywhere else and it was a real let down to an otherwise perfect stay.

La vista delle due chiese dall’appartamento

La pulizia era scarsa, c’era l’assenza di parecchie delle cose essenziali per cucinare e per la pulizia (es. 2 saponette per la doccia per 3 giorni, 4 cialde di caffè, no olio, zucchero e sale in bustine, ecc.), infinite scalinate ripide per arrivare all’appartamento (va espressamente evidenziato per clienti con problemi di deambulazione), nessuno spazio per valigie, puzza di umidità senza il condizionatore acceso (con telecomando rotto oltretutto), 2 frigoriferi piccoli e poco efficienti. Insomma una bella bomboniera a 90 euro al giorno (+ 1 euro al giorno a persona di tassa soggiorno) ma senza contenuto. Il proprietario, ci ha bombardato di telefonate il giorno dell’arrivo ma il giorno della partenza è sparito e non ha risposto ai messaggi/chiamate neanche alla signora delle pulizie né ai successivi ospiti che si sono presentati alle 11 davanti alla porta di casa chiedendo di entrare senza che la camera fosse stata pulita. Suggerisco maggiore attenzione ai proprietari nella gestione dell’attività.
