La posizione, centrale e non lontana dal mare. Il barocco dei centro storico. L' alloggio comodo ed accogliente.
Forse il parcheggio rappresenta una lieve criticità soprattutto in orario serale. Per il resto della giornata la piazzetta attigua offre spazio e non è a pagamento.
