Great location with plenty of restaurants and coffee shop in the surrounding area. About 10min walk to the beach. Bedrooms were all large each with separate bathrooms. The property had plenty of space of space for my family. Laundry on the top floor was an added bonus.
The mattresses on the beds were super hard. I know this is common in Vietnam but for a property catering to western customers this needs to be rectified. There are a lot of stairs which can be difficult for elderly people to negotiate of which we had four in our group.

너무 깨끗하고 2가족이 머물기 좋은 크기였다. 크기가 커서 3가족도 가능할 것 같다. 식기류도 10세트씩 있어서 라면이나 김치찌개 해먹기 좋았다. 침대도 물렁매트리스아니고 딱딱한것도 아니고 적당해서 좋았다.
밖에서 들어오면 락스냄새가 너무 강하게 난다. 금방 적응하게 되지만...

The location was amazing and the facilities looked exactly as they were in the photos.
The shower drainage slightly floods the bathroom. But it is not a major.

Everything is within walking distance. The house is perfect, with nothing to complain about. Our host, especially Beanie was friendly and kind-hearted. Beanie helped me plan my itinerary, even arranging tours together with drivers for my day trips. I will choose this house again when I come back. Thank you so much for hosting me along with my friends ^-^
