Posizione, pulizia, accessibilità, prezzo, locali ben caldi, condominio silenzioso e ottimamente tenuto, balcone, nessun rumore stradale. Accessori cucina e bagno. Wifi gratuito. Arredamento nuovo. Host gentilissima e socievole
Mancanza della lavastoviglie, doccia aperta, mancanza del bidè. Ci vorrebbero 4 fuochi invece che 2. Meglio un letto matrimoniale fisso (anche versione piazza e mezza) invece del doppio divano.
