Beautiful studio in the heart of Old Antibes

This charming studio, ideally located right in the heart of the old town, just a stone’s throw from the Provençal Market, Place Nationale, and all the attractions visitors seek, is the perfect place to spend a cozy stay surrounded by old-world charm, with exposed beams and traditional terracotta tiles typical of the old town.
It’s located on a small street perpendicular to one of the main thoroughfares of Old Antibes, on a quiet, pedestrian-only street.
Less than a 5-minute walk from the SNCF train station.

COVID-19 INFORMATION

This property remains open during the pandemic, for everyone’s safety:
1. The studio is cleaned with disinfectant products between each guest.
2. Self-check-in and check-out are available: a key box with a code is provided, allowing guests to pick up and return keys safely and contactlessly.

Although the studio is located near all the popular restaurants, it’s perfectly possible to prepare delicious meals right there in the fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils).

The apartment is ideal for a couple, friends, or even students: it features a sofa bed in the main room (140×190, quick and easy to unfold, 14 cm thick mattress). You’ll also find a TV and Wi-Fi internet access.
There’s also a large closet for storing your belongings and luggage.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower. An added bonus: you’ll find a towel warmer and a washing machine!

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with an electric heater for the winter and a fan for the summer.

The apartment’s main highlights:
- Its prime location, just a stone’s throw from the Marché Provençal and Port Vauban, close to the train station, and only a two-minute walk from the beaches as well as the bus and train stations, allowing you to explore the old town and its surroundings!
- Since the street is pedestrian-only, the apartment is still quiet, despite being right next to shops and restaurants, and features the charm of the cobblestone streets typical of old towns
- It was tastefully renovated and furnished in 2020.

Upon your arrival, the apartment will be ready to welcome you: the bed will be made (sheets, duvet covers, and pillows), and I’ll leave shower towels for your use (feel free to contact me if you need additional towels). You’ll also find a detailed guide with all the useful information and my favorite spots.
I live and work very close to the apartment, and I’ll be available upon request if you need anything.

One last note about parking:
-Several Q PARK parking lots are located right nearby (“Pré aux pêcheurs,” “Poirier,” and “Frères Oliviers”) and offer great deals on their website if you book in advance (8 euros/day with unlimited access)
-There are also two FREE parking lots a 10-minute walk away, across from Fort Carré (seaside road toward Nice). A free shuttle runs during the day.
