The sofa bed does not function as a bed.

Kitchen utensils, shower

It was a bad experience. 9 days of poor sleep because the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. From the photos, it's not possible to see the iron structure that is bothersome every time a person needs to get up. Nor is it possible to see the size it becomes when the sofa turns into a bed. My husband, who is not tall, had his feet hanging off the edge (and resting on the metal bars). We asked to change for another apartment. The employee Elyssa, although very attentive, offered us much more expensive options in other arrondissements, for unreasonable prices. A solution was to use the sofa and ask for sheets so my husband could sleep on the floor. It was our fifth time in Paris and a uniquely unpleasant accommodation experience.

Very good location, close to the Metro and Train Station. Apartment look very modern and is very clean inside. The Bad is very confortable. We were in the end of November and we had to issue with the heat of the apartment. Never heard a neighbour noise. For sure we will come back

Paris - No Love

The location was prime, which made it easy to catch the tram around Paris.

Not sure where to even start 😕 - the listing advertised a queen bed, but it more so was a full size. - the electricity tripped several times. to the point where we turned the power off to the stove, microwave, dishwasher. Keep in mind the only thing we had plugged in was our phones. - wifi was crappy - the remote for the bedroom TV didn't work, and it never was fixed. - very bad sewage smell in the bathroom - I know there wasn't AC, so it would be nice to have mosquito screens on the windows. - hot water went out too quick - the bedside tables were very small - very loud outside and in the morning. May be an issue for individuals wanting some quiet time. - no hand soap, we had to go buy our own. - washer and dryer, but no detergent. I would not stay here ever again.

Clean and cozy

The apartment was clean and has all the basic facilities. It was easy to get in and out. The apartment's web page with the explanations, and with other links was very helpful.

The couch was not comfortable for sleep. The pillows were not comfort enough - too thin. In the shower we missed a place to put the soap and shampoo. We wish we've received more toilet paper, more dish washer soap tablets, and more washing soap.

Highly recommend

Very clean and fresh apartment, equipped with everything what you could need. Iron, hairdryer, washing machine and coffee express with inserts etc. With windows closed there is not noisy from the street. Good communicated with city by 2 nearby metro station. I recommend to everyone!

El edificio está recientemente renovado, el apartamento está casi nuevo, muy cómodo y linda decoración, el baño es perfecto ducha e instalaciones nuevas. La cocina dotada con lo que se necesita para una estancia corta, tiene lavadora, nevera pequeña y electrodomésticos nuevos.

El barrio es muy lindo y tranquilo, hay restaurantes con buena comida cerca. El metro está a dos pasos del apartamento pero para llegar desde los lugares más turísticos puede requerir varios cambios de metro.

- 인테리어를 신경쓰신 것이 느껴집니다. - 집은 아마도 새 것이라 그런지 깔끔하고 깨끗해요. - 방이 생각보다 좁지 않았어요.(방 타입마다 다를듯) - 와이파이가 빨라요. - 지하철역이 걸어서 4분 거리에 있어요. - 침대는 소파베드 치고는 편안했어요. - 티비로 ott를 다 볼 수 있어요.(물론 자기 아이디로 봐야 함)

- 주방 행주, 재활용/음식물 쓰레기 봉투가 있으면 좋겠습니다. - 숙박일자에 맞는 양의 어메니티가 있으면 좋을 것 같습니다. 5박 6일동안 둘이서 쓰기에는 샴푸, 바디워시, 세탁세제가 매우 많이 모자랐어요. 호스트께서 다른 리뷰에 다신 답변을 보니 환경 때문이라고 하시는 것 같은데, 여행자들이 마트에서 며칠 쓸 세제를 새로 사는 것이 더 비환경적이라고 생각합니다. 환경을 생각하신다면 차라리 다회용 세제를 구비해놓으시는 걸 추천드려요. 플라스틱도 덜 나오니까요. - 전신거울이 없어서 생각보다 불편했습니다. - 샤워를 하다가 중간부터는 찬물만 나와서 확인해보셔야 겠습니다. - 전자레인지 사용 방법이 나와있으면 좋겠어요.

Nos gustó lo limpio que estaba , muy bien decorado y aprovechado los pocos metros de ese depa, para ser paris estuvo genial. Es un plus la lavadora y el secador de toallas.

No tengo nada que decir de la propiedad. Pero el último día el ascensor no funcionó ( estaba en reparación , habían avisado que solo era un día y se extendió por otro día más) por lo que debimos bajar con maletas por escaleras. Salvo eso todo fue Genial

Bardzo komfortowe apartamenty, z wygodnym samodzielnym odbiorem kluczy. Wynajmowaliśmy 3 apartamenty, bo byliśmy w 3 rodziny - wszystkie po remoncie, podobnie wykończone. Apartament czysty, łózka wygodne, pościel oraz ręczniki świeże, wszystkie sprzęty w apartamencie nowe. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni - dużo szklanek, kubków, talerzy. Plusem ekspres do kawy oraz parę kapsułek na start. Blisko do linii metra oraz sklepów. Podsumowując apartamenty idealne na zwiedzanie Paryża z rodziną.

Do pełni szczęścia brakowało klimatyzacji, ale zasłaniając okiennice można ochronić się przed upałem.

Súper bueno, bonito y barato.

Todo muy bien, desde la facilidad del check in hasta la salida. Tiene una estación metro a dos cuadras, supermercado, restaurantes y un barrio tranquilo. El piso está nuevo y muy bien equipado.
