The place is home feeling. Quite safe and helpful. I was sick during my stay there and they supported to take me hospital.

We have stayed here a few times. For the price and location in central Seminyak this represents very good value for money. Staff are great. The rooms are basic but very clean.
My one suggestion to the owners/managers is that they improve the pool maintenance. In the photos it looks great. But in reality on each visit it has been green and uninviting. We have never swum in it and I have never seen anyone else swimming in it either. Such a shame because it could be lovely.

I genuinely love the lady who looks after the place — she is kind, welcoming and clearly cares about the property. The cleaning and other staff are also wonderful, and the location is fantastic. Overall I really like staying here and enjoy the atmosphere very much (for the most part).
The place is almost perfect for the price and the staff are otherwise very friendly and helpful. The only difficulty I’ve had during my stay has been early morning noise from chores being done in the garage and around the property — things like bottles, plastics, sweeping and gardening. These activities have woken me up quite regularly in the early mornings.
I did mention it once and it improved briefly, so I think starting these tasks a little later (around 8am) would make a big difference for guests trying to sleep.
Aside from this, it’s a really nice place and I would happily rate the stay much higher.
