Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, nightlife and not too far from the airport. Modern and clean room with a very nice bathroom, fast wifi, and good air conditioning. Super friendly and helpful staff, really enjoyed my stay here, thank you!

The room is big, and the bathroom is surprisingly large too. I never imagined a hotel this affordable could provide such excellent service. Absolutely one of the top experiences!

Very convenient location. Its a family compound with extra rooms =cute. Working Air conditioning, hot shower, clean big bed. Very affordable.

On Booking.com the address says 56 A However it is actually 48 B !!! So I could not find it at first. But then the owner answered my WA swiftly and sent me pics of the Gang No and directions.

A great accommodation choice in Seminyak, more like a small compound, with the owner (Erick), his family, and his mum living on-site. They’re warm and welcoming, and you really feel that personal touch when you arrive. The property itself looks new and is kept very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the WiFi works perfectly. There’s also a smart TV where you can watch YouTube, Amazon, Netflix and more, which is always a big bonus. The AC is powerful, and for the price you pay, the place is excellent value for money. The location is highly sought-after, close to all amenities and just a few minutes’ walk to Mixwell, Balijoe and the surrounding nightlife if you’re up for partying until morning. Hehe. The only confusing part is finding it on Google Maps. The property is tucked inside, and you need to go through a small alleyway. The easiest landmark is Kreme Café on the main road and right beside it is the alley that leads directly to Erick House. Overall, a fantastic stay. Comfortable, convenient, and great value. Highly recommended.

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like. An electric kettle with cups and a hairdryer would’ve made it perfect, but for what I paid, I’m not complaining at all.

The location was really nice. Very central but in a hidden side road so you still had a private and natural feeling. The staff was very helpful and nice the entire stay

The room could have been in better shape. The bathroom facilities weren’t in good shape at all and the walls were stained. The room only had one window which they for some reason decided to place a closet in front? It made the room feel like a bunker.

De kamer met balkon is groot met een goed bed, smart tv, uitstekende wifi en ac. Badkamer is groot met voldoende warm water, shampoo en douchegel. Alles is schoon en hygiënisch. Voldoende kastruimte en stopcontacten. Absoluut een aanrader om hier voor langere tijd te verblijven...

Helaas geen waterkoker aanwezig. Niet alle kamers hebben een eigen koelkast. Vraag erom als je het nodig acht. Homestay ligt in een nauw straatje van de grote weg af. Moeilijk te vinden. Bevindt zich achter Kreme cafe. Reminder voor taxi of grab/gojek.

Guesthouse tres bien située , personnel très accueillant et gentil ! Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la chambre était propre !

Très bruyant, il y a des poules/coq à côté qui font beaucoup de bruit la nuit !!
