Sunshine Resort Sigiriya

I stayed 4 nights at sunshine Resort with my adult daughters. The full experience was fantastic. Ruchira, the hotel manager have made our stay super comfortable and took well care of us making everything possible to make us feel at home and bringing us joy and happiness. The hotel vicinity is cozy. The room amenities are enough for the stay. The breakfast alternatives are extremely delicious. They are home and freshly made with daily variations introducing us to different traditional local varieties. I Wil definitely come back again and i will surely recommend friends to stay at Sunshine Resort having Ruchira there to take care of everyone. Regards

The place was fantastic so kind and they made us feel family! Everything was amazing, you can really feel like home there. staff are attentive and always polite and make every effort to check on your comfort. Room is very comfortable and the breakfast was great. two rocks are {Pidurangala, Sigiriya} very close-by. We wish that we come back again one day!

Really sweet personel who made all the difference and cooked amazing breakfast for us. Great advice on trips and helped with bookings. Nice atmosphere because of the sweet people working there.

The place is very different from the pictures on booking.com Definately not 4 star value. No spa, no robe, no slippers. Very basic run down rooms. Comfortable madresses though. Rating vise i would say 2/3 star value for money.

Best place i stayed in sigiriya. well worth the price ,food was lovely . we had a srilankan rice and curry amazing. everything was all immaculately clean. very close to the sigiriya rock fortress. i was so happy thanks sunshine team
