Short visit in Viareggio
Everything was great. Close to the beach. Nice pasticceria downstairs. Market also very close.
It was quite difficult to find free parking spot close to the building.

Considering that it was cheap, the apartments are ok, but if i had to pay more, they had to do lots of improvements
That it was very near to the center, park and beach. The building itself was very cute and magical
The beds, they were awful, very hard. And the bedroom was hot, with just one ventilator, windows though it had it on the roof, we couldn’t leave them all the time open because of mosquitoes. And the worst of it, they did clean all the time, but they did it with clorox and the smell of clorox is unbearable

La posizione topografica è il vero e forse unico punto di forza.
Con lo sconto applicare dall'host è risultato sicuramente abbordabile rispetto alla media proibitiva delle alternativa ma a prezzo standard non è tutto questo affare.
L'appartamento è assolutamente da riammodernare.
Caloriferi vecchi e rovinati, pareti come quella del bianco che devono avere una bella tinteggiata, porte da rivedere come un lato della porta del bagno che è attaccata col pensiero e si deve spostare perchè non consente la chiusura.
Manca la cura dei dettagli.. vedasi assenza di plafoniera nella luce centrale della camera da letto e quella mezza rotta nel bagno.
Assenza di indicazioni chiare e risolute, rispetto al dove trovare la camera n. 6, letteralmente nascosta ed ubicata, a differenza delle altre 5 camere su due piani (due volte ho dovuto scrutare la zona), dopo lo spazio comune della cucina abitabile e dello spiazzale esterno.
Imbarazzo sulla tassa di soggiorno, visto che inizialmente mi mandano messaggio per dirmi di pagarla e lasciarla in camera poi, dopo che mi sono messo a faccia tosta e sapendo da booking che nel pagamento gjà effettuato era ricompresa, è diventato un falso allarme.
Nel minifrigo bar potevano anche mettere 1 bottiglia di acqua... voglio dire atto di carineria che solitamente viene riscontrato nei B&b, hotel ed appartamenti privati a vario genere.
In definitiva sta davvero molto da rivedere a livello organizzativo, strutturale e logistico.

Essenziale - buona posizione - staff poco gentile
Abbiamo prenotato una notte per assistere al corso dei carri di Carnevale - punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la posizione, vicino al centro e a 15 minuti a piedi dal lungo mare, inoltre la zona è ricca di parcheggi. La struttura è essenziale ma pulita
Staff poco gentile, la comunicazione è molto povera e rispondono su whapp quasi maleducatamente. Ho chiamato per chiedere perché i caloriferi fossero spenti e mi hanno buttato giù il telefono rispondendo “sono al telefono, avete la stufa dentro”.
Prima di andare, come richiesto, ho mandato la foto con i soldi della tariffa di soggiorno e non hanno risposto manco con un “Arrivederci”. Host davvero carente.
Inoltre, in inverno, se nella descrizione sta scritto “riscaldamento”, con check-in due ore dopo l’orario, mi aspetto di trovare i caloriferi già accesi, non una stufetta elettrica.

Soggiorno da dimenticare!
La temperatura della camera e del bagno di 13 gradi. Nessun avviso che il riscaldamento era spento. Alla richiesta di accendere caloriferi, la risposta,tardiva di 12 ore, commentava che c'era un guasto. Alla richiesta di stufetta elettrica o coperte aggiuntive, nessuna risposta! Veramente poca professionalità!

asciugamani bucati, lenzuola sporche e macchiate, capelli nel letto, stanza al piano terra priva di privacy (mancano le tende alla finestra e alla porta) letto scomodo e mal ridotto. abbiamo trovato la stanza aperta con una lumaca all interno e farfalline ovunque. personale praticamente assente, quando rispondono (se lo fanno) sono scortesi. se volete vivere una brutta esperienza prenotate pure

Come andare in colonia ma pagando come in un 3 stelle.
La posizione è sicuramente buona, in una zona poco trafficata, di fronte a un grande parco e il mare. C'è anche un bar pasticceria e un supermercato a pochi passi.
Diverse le cose che non ci son piaciute:
- Le camera si trovava al secondo piano con una scala piuttosto scomoda da fare con le valige.
- La camera era mansardata e calda. Assenza di zanzariere sui due velux, c'era un ventilatore da esterni che era impossibile lasciar acceso di notte per il tanto rumore che faceva (come d'altronde il piccolo frigorifero).
- Nella camera di fronte c'era un ragazzo con un condizionatore senza motore esterno che lasciava la porta socchiusa e sparava tutto il calore sulla scala e contro la nostra porta. Abbiamo supposto fosse un ragazzo dello staff o un ospite fisso.
- Posso capire il bagno in comune, ma dovrebbe anche passare qualcuno a pulirlo giornalmente.

Prezzo troppo alto per servizi inesistenti.
La posizione di fronte alla pineta e a strutture come: l'ospedale, la farmacia, un'ottima gelateria proprio sotto la struttura, e altri tipi di servizi.
Spazi comuni come salotto e cucina quasi sempre in ordine e puliti. Comoda la cucina.
La stanza assegnataci era nel sottotetto, con due finestrelle poste in alto dalle quali non entrava aria e sprovviste di zanzariere per evitare l'entrata di qualsiasi tipo di insetto. Stanza molto molto calda senza aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore molto rumoroso.
Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani non disponibile neanche per soggiorni lunghi.
Bagno in comune del quale eravamo già a conoscenza costantemente sporco (anche al nostro arrivo nella struttura) e umido perché privo di finestra o ventole per il ricircolo dell'aria. L'unica finestra del bagno era sul soffitto ed era impossibile da aprire.
Wi-Fi assente nonostante ci sia stata inviata per e-mail la password per usarla.

La signora delle pulizie molto cortese
Tutto, soprattutto il caldo infernale essendo in una camera sotto tetto senza aria condizionata ma con un rumorosissimo ventilatore, l’impossibilità di stendere gli asciugamani bagnati se non due piani sotto su due sedie di salvataggio, la gestione ha erroneamente effettuato la doppia prenotazione su due differenti stanze costringendo due famiglie ad andarsene pur avendo pagato in anticipo la struttura.
