I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The hotel is new, and all of its facilities are modern, well maintained, and exceptionally clean. What impressed me the most was the outstanding level of customer service. Every member of the staff genuinely cared about ensuring guests had the best possible experience, and they were always friendly, professional, and eager to help.
The spa was excellent clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, with a great sauna. The swimming pool is separate from the spa and located on the rooftop. Being outdoors, it offers a refreshing atmosphere and is especially enjoyable during the summer.
The hotel restaurant is good, with excellent service. I had both breakfast and lunch there, and overall I was satisfied with the quality of the food and the dining experience.
Communication with the staff was effortless, and I never encountered any issues throughout my stay.
As a hotel guest, you receive complimentary access to Sobbe Beach, which is a great added benefit. It is a perfect place to relax by the sea and makes the overall stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor drawback is that the room soundproofing could be improved. At times, you can hear some traffic noise from the main road or housekeeping staff in the corridors. However, this was only a small inconvenience and did not affect my overall experience.
The location is excellent, situated on the main road between Yalova and Çınarcık. The hotel overlooks beautiful green landscapes, and the surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing. The nearest beach is only a 3-minute drive away or about a 15–20 minute walk.
Right next to the hotel is Koru Restaurant, which I highly recommend. There is also a gas station and a small convenience store beside the hotel, making the location even more convenient.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modern, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Yalova.
