This RV is a very pleasant and quirky place to stay if you fancy something different.
It’s showing signs of age but is very well-equipped. Comfy recliner and great kitchen setup.
Lovely screened porch with twinkly lights, thoughtful touches like games and a speaker to connect up to.
The location is quiet and the other residents of the lake suburb were pleasant to us and interested to meet visitors. (You can’t see the lake from the camper and we couldn’t find public lake access, just seemed that people living on the row opposite have private jetties.)
The location isn’t particularly near other places.
Describing the camper bathroom as having a bath was a bit of a stretch - unless you’re bathing a baby. Shower pressure just a weak trickle.
They give keycard access for a shower block; it’s a bit of a trek looping round to the street behind, and clearly neighbouring holiday home owners are not happy with previous guests taking a shortcut across their yard and have put grumpy ‘no trespassing’ signs up.
The clubhouse and pool is a drive of several minutes away, up and down very steep hills and bends. It was really quite risky in the dark with poor signage. The camper hosts had taken our names so we could use the pool, but at the pool no-one had any knowledge of this.
I couldn’t get the key lock box to close on departure.
