La posizione della struttura comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Catania. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti un mercato all’aperto con prezzi popolari, supermercati e numerosi locali dove poter fare acquisti e mangiare. Se si è in auto si può parcheggiare con qualche difficoltà su strada (ci sono sia strisce blu che bianche) oppure in un parcheggio multipiano custodito a 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. La proprietà è stata estremamente cortese e disponibile.
Il bagno necessita di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione (es. cabina e salutacelo doccia).

Nice apartment for 1-2 nights stay in Catania. Bathroom would require some renovation but in general it was ok.

The apartment was very clean and well located, close to the daily Market. It was very well equipped.
For 2-3 persons it's enough space.
The communication with Alessandra was easy and very helpful. Self check-in and all the instructions around the apartment were very clear.
The bathroom was smelling after a while. Maybe it needs a better extractor.

L’emplacement de cet appartement est top, c’est facile de se garer et à deux pas de beaucoup de choses.
Il est récent c’est agréable. Et le format duplex avec la grande chambre en haut est vraiment cool. L’hôte a été fantastique, ultra réactif et très gentil.
Pour deux voyageurs c’est parfait, pour trois ça fait un peu juste. Le lit en haut est très grand et confortable par contre le canapé-lit un peu moins. Et je dirais que ça serait cool qu’il y ait un peu plus de choses dans la cuisine ce n’était pas évident de faire à manger. Sinon, il n’y a pas d’isolation phonique donc on vit vraiment avec les gens qui passent dans la rue surtout quand on est en bas.
