Il punto forte della casa rimane la posizione, unitamente alla casa che è ben ristrutturata e ben arredata.
Il punto debole rimangono le due camere sul vicolo che sono rumorose e andrebbero insonorizzate le finestre.

Die Lage ist ideal. Das Appartement hat zwei Zugänge. Einer direkt zum Strand, der andere in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Check-in und Check-out sind unkompliziert und bei Fragen erhält man schnell eine Antwort. Der Bahnhof ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Ristorante Barcalà al Mare direkt nebenan ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Zudem empfanden wir die beiden Einzelbetten als nicht besonders bequem.
