About this apartment rental
Free street parking is available in front of the property, but spaces may be limited, especially during high season. Several public parking lots are a 5-minute walk away, ideal for longer stays. Distance to the nearest restaurant: 788 m. Distance to the nearest supermarket: 500 m. Distance to the beach: 400 m to Spiaggia Libera. Distance to the center of Porto Maurizio: 1.2 km. Imperia offers free elevators and free electric buses in summer.
Borgo Marina is home to the largest marina in the Mediterranean and several fine sandy beaches, as well as boats offering dolphin and whale watching tours offshore. The beach at Borgo Marina has very fine sand.
In November, Imperia hosts the "OLIOOLIVA" olive oil festival, showcasing local specialties, including Taggiasca olives and olive oil native to the area, along with a variety of regional foods.
Shops, pharmacies, and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment, as well as markets with local produce, freshly caught fish, and crafts. The farmers’ market in Porto Maurizio takes place every Tuesday and Thursday, while Oneglia’s is every Wednesday. If you are traveling with a pet, an extra fee applies. The apartment has a sea view.
In September, the "Vele d’Epoca" event features stunning vintage sailboats, with parades visible directly from the apartment.

Pros: Sehr nette Vermieterin. Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Cons: Das Parken war etwas problematisch. Am Wochenende war es fast unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und man hört auch nachts immer Verkehrslärm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, der Strand und die Stadt sind in nullkommanix erreichbar.
Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich, an Küchenutensilien ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, was besonders im Sommer hilfreich ist. Es gibt sogar einen Wasserhahn außen, mit dem man sich die Füße abwaschen kann, wenn man vom Strand kommt.
Viel Stauraum, großzügige Zimmer -- wirklich ganz toll.
Die Vermieterin (Caterina) ist auch total nett und nutzt den Google Translator, wenn sonst nichts klappt -- Englisch ist schwierig, aber Französisch klappt!
Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) in der Wohnung und das ging sehr gut. Absolute Empfehlung!
