Poloha, nadstandardní vybavení apartmánu nábytkem a ostatními spotřebiči (trouba, myčka, žehlička…), dostatek místa pro všechny.
Hluk z ulice (okna téměř netěsní, vemte si špunty do uší), špinavá sprcha, nedostatečné vybavení nádobím v jinak slušně zařízené kuchyni. Ale nejhorší byla komunikace s pronajímatelem - kdybych mu hodinu před příjezdem nenapsala, že opravdu přijedeme, tak mi asi ani nedá vědět, že klíče je nutné vyzvednout ve vedlejší provozovně. Dotaz ohledně wifi si pro jistotu ani nezobrazil, za celý pobyt jsme ho neviděli a ani po nás nechtěl osobní údaje, jak je v Itálii povinností.

Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Very spacious apartment. Nice towels provided. The location was also nice and we felt safe.
The property has aged since the photos were taken, and as other reviews have said, the shower water temperature varies between hot and cold. The boiler was very noisy throughout the night so we had to shut the bathroom door to block out the noise. There was no shower gel or shampoo provided (just four small bars of soap), nor complimentary water on arrival, so bring your own. Also we had to buy extra toilet paper. The owner does not provide check in or check out information unless prompted the day before, which I thought was unusual, but they are responsive to questions and messages.

Situación del apartamento buena, bien ubicado. Reformado y bien decorado. Es amplio. La habitación de matrimonio está muy bien.
La habitación pequeña tenía un ruido horrible de la calle, la ventana no aísla nada y se oía todo. El calentador de la ducha iba regular. No tiene ascensor y es un segundo piso.
