Masseria Luci Grande

Excelente Masseria nueva y bien ubicada. La atención y los consejos de Giorgio valen oro!!! La limpieza impecable!

Giorgio is a great host, he really cared that we have the best time. He was super attentive to our needs even providing us with beach equipment for my pregnant wife which made our lives super easy. The location is great as Maglie is located right in the middle so driving to all the best spots is fairly short.

Nothing comes to mind.

We really enjoyed the homemade breakfast, the lovely pool and garden area, and the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax and also a convenient base for exploring nearby cities by car. Having a car is definitely recommended, as the property is quite remote. The host helped with directions, which is important as the exact location is not accurately pinned on Gmaps.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the room compared to how the property is presented in the pictures. We had expected a warm, cosy room with terracotta tones, as shown in the listing, but were instead given an “upgrade” to a very modern room with grey floors and a much more impersonal feel. The room we stayed in is also not currently shown in the listing photos, which made the difference particularly noticeable. While the room was spacious, we did not find it as cosy or thoughtfully decorated as the rooms shown in the pictures. Rather it felt cold or even a bit sterile, so a complete opposite to the pictures of the room we actually booked. We understand that room assignments can vary, but we would have preferred to receive a room that matched the style and atmosphere presented in the listing. As the other rooms were already occupied, there was unfortunately not much we could do about it during our stay.
