L’emplacement, la chambre et le petit déjeuner sans oublier le personnel très serviable.
L’accès et difficile de trouver notre chambre, défaut en lien avec le manque d’accueil.

Hat viel charme sehr zentral gelegen
Leider wurde das zimmer nicht sehr gut geputzt, und wir hatten wasser das abgelaufen war seit Februar, hatten es gemeldet aber leider keine neue erhalten

Die Lage und die Ausstattung war sehr schön! Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Personal, dass man bei Bürozeiten über Handy erreicht, ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Pool ist sehr schön, liegen sind vorhanden.
Kein 24h Support, Zugang zum Zimmer nur per 10-stelligen Code oder über Handy. Wenn der Zugang nicht funktioniert, außer den Bürozeiten, hat man Pech gehabt. Vor Check in wäre es gut, wenn man alle Infos zum Parkplatz (Code) und zu den Gegebenheiten bekommen würde.
Mit den Handtüchern kann man sich nur schlecht abtrocknen, weil sie kaum saugen.

Struttura molto bella, nel pieno centro di Maglie.
Peccato per lo staff, assente all accoglienza, (check-in con il personale a pagamento), la nostra camera non si apriva poiché la porta era guasta e ci abbiamo messo un ora ad entrare sotto il sole delle 15 di pomeriggio , quindi abbiamo aspettato indicazioni per telefono, niente scuse.Il parcheggio a pagamento non custodito sporco e adiacente alla struttura difficile da raggiungere.
Staff inefficiente e spesso in difficoltà anche alle colazioni.
