Sa Alqueria, villa con piscina en Santa Margarita

La maison est très authentique tout en étant rénovée de manière moderne. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Mallorque. L’accueil était chaleureux. Belle vue et équipements. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon pour l’emplacement!

A noter qu’il n’y a pas de table pour 12 à l’intérieur, ni de coin salon pour 12 (les deux canapés sont très confortables mais à deux étages différents)

The villa itself is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and in a great location roughly a 10-minute drive from the nearest town. The host was also very responsive and kind throughout our interaction.

we experienced a major issue with the electricity that significantly impacted our stay. The electrical grid for the property cannot handle standard usage. Whenever we ran all the air conditioning units or used multiple electrical appliances, the breaker tripped, completely shutting off both the power and the water to the villa. Because the main reset box is located off-site near a local restaurant, we could not fix it ourselves. The host had to send an electrician out each time, which took around 30 minutes to resolve. This happened three separate times during our stay, causing us to miss a dinner reservation on one night and preventing us from cooking on another. Additionally, the shower drains did not drain properly, leading to pooling water. While the property itself is lovely, it should not be listed or rented in its current state until the power infrastructure is updated, or at the very least, guests should be warned and given the option to cancel.
