The views were spectacular and sunset directly in front of us. The location was great - walking distance from the beach, lovely restaurants and the Balcon Plaza.
The bedrooms were extremely poorly furnished. The main bedroom with double bed had just one large cupboard with coat hangers but literally nothing else. There was a tiny bedside “shelf” with a lamp that had nearly come off the wall and remnants in the cupboard of the one from the other side that had already fallen off the wall! No chest of drawers, no shelves, no chair. Totally inadequate. The smaller bedroom (twin beds) had a weird desk type thing in it - again, no bedside tables, wardrobe, anywhere to put or hang anything. Nor did twin room have a fan or AC - the agency kindly found a stand-up fan for us for that room. I had asked for one 6 wks before our trip but the owner said ‘No’ despite there being a shop selling fans literally next door.
The apartment is attached to the elevator which is very loud - it made a ‘booming’ noise every time (all day and night!) and kept us awake. It might not bother some but if you are noise sensitive it’s a major problem.
NB. The lockbox for the keys was at the agent’s office nearby - not at the property itself. There was only one set of keys - a spare set is definitely needed.

Die Lage ist sehr gut: man ist in 10 Minuten am Strand mit Strandlokal, Toiletten usw. und in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen. Man braucht eigentlich kein Auto. Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage ist aber vorhanden. WLAN gut. Betreuung durch South Costa toll.
Es fehlten im 2. Schlafzimmer Ablagemöglichkeiten z.B. neben dem Bett für Handy, Brille usw. Auch ein Kleiderschrank oder Regal für Wäsche o. ä. Wäre schön. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon deutlich abgenutzt. Geschirrspüler wäre auch im Urlaub hilfreich. Fernsehen haben wir nicht geschafft.

La ubicación, es céntrica en cuanto al pueblo de Nerja. La playa, esta a unos 10,15 minutos andando.
Le faltan algunas cosas para cocinar con normalidad. Por lo demas, el apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades.
