Cosy ground floor flat close to train & bus routes

The location is great. I was at a concert at Crystal Palace Bowl and got there easily. Getting back I decided to walk rather than train or bus and it was a nice peaceful walk home. The kitchen was lovely, thank you for leaving some milk out as well! The place itself is well kept, I slept great and enjoyed relaxing in the lounge. Check in is easy, I never even required the key just needed to enter the pin on the door.

My only gripe was the television remote didn't work, it looked like the batteries inside had corroded. Additionally the volume buttons on the TV were not working so it was rather loud and I was unable to change that. Additionally turning on one of the lights did trip the breaker on my last day. It wasn't much of a hassle as I was leaving but I hope it's since been amended! :)

Communicate was brilliant, facilities great. Really made feel welcome.

Clean, comfy, secure, stocked with lots of additional extras. Owners on hand to assist. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We stayed for the Crystal Palace vs KuPS football match overnight. The property was very clean and tidy, and I appreciated the mince pies which were waiting for us (sorry we didn’t eat them, but I appreciate the attention to detail 😃). The bed and sofa bed were comfy and the property was easy to access and the host made sure that all information was provided by message prior to arrival. The host was in touch regularly in the weeks leading up to the stay and provided lots of great information. The best experience I’ve had on booking.com. Many thanks
