Absolute gem of a property! The location was excellent - just across the road from steps leading down to the beach/access to the Cleveland Way and in a nice, quiet part of the town. The property was immaculately clean and well laid out. The bed was super comfy and the shower had good pressure and temperature control. The host provided generous amounts of tea, coffee, sugar and milk cartons (although we made use of the fridge and bought our own milk) and some lovely biscuits. There is all the crockery and cutlery you could need and we absolutely loved our stay. We felt safe and secure and everything was within easy walking distance - what more could you ask for? The only thing we would maybe suggest would be a dustpan and brush, as we went walking on the beach and were conscious of trailing sand around the room and into the bed. Absolutely not a criticism, but just a suggestion to help maintain this wonderful property. A thoroughly enjoyable stay 😊

It was compact and had everything needed for a short stay. It was clean and tidy and was adequate for what I required. Modern and cosy.

The noise on the roof from upstairs property. I know there isn’t much that can be done about this but could clearly hear waking about and that creaked onto the ceiling in my room.
