Good location to university.

No banister on the stairs.

It the was very modern and clean. It was a quiet area with no external noise at all. The host was very kind in offering a late check out. Great communication.

I would suggest better organisation of the linen and towels etc. Also the pillows were very thin. Apart from these two things everything was great. Great value for money.

Not actually, all good. Would be great if 2x single beds or a double bed on the smaller room.

The property was clean and generally comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was straightforward and fans were provided, which helped as the property became quite warm during our stay.

The main bedroom, which faces the street, had no proper blinds or curtains, only a net/lace covering that provided very little privacy and did not block daylight. We ended up hanging a bedsheet over the window ourselves to sleep comfortably. Previous reviews from 2 months ago had mentioned this issue, so it was disappointing to find it unresolved. The trundle bed felt unstable and was horrifically loud and squeaky even when laying still. The blinds in the second bedroom were damaged, and the advertised private parking was extremely tight. There was also an outbuilding door by the driveway that did not close properly and could swing into parked vehicles in windy conditions.
