Spacious and modern apartments. The request to change apartments due to cleanliness was accommodated without issue. Location was good, close to public transit.
The accommodation provided differed from the original booking, with two apartments instead of the advertised 3-bedroom apartment. Initial cleanliness was below expectations, requiring an apartment change. Hosting felt impersonal, with minimal attention to guest experience.
