Location was excellent. Modern Bathroom. Nice Conservatory.
Dated appliances and equipment. Furnishings need improving. Garden untidy and overgrown. No outside chairs.

Thought it was 2 bathrooms, but it’s actually one bathroom and a toilet.

It’s location was good, it was spacious with comfortable sofa and modern bathroom
Some of the fittings needed updating and poor lighting upstairs. Unfortunately the bedding had some stains on them and outside space was tatty
