"Very nice new unit close to shops. Buses to town are close. Metro is a 20 minute brisk walk. ( very frequent and 18 minutes into the city) AC was good as temperatures were hot. Parking underground...."

Lokalizacja korzystna pod kątem bliskości Toru Wyścigów Konnych - Służewiec oraz dojazdu do centrum samochodem lub komunikacją miejską. Dużym plusem jest parking w cenie ulokowany w podziemiach budynku.
Pomimo tego, że lokal jest nowy, wykończony jest na niskim poziomie i z materiałów o bardzo niskiej jakości. W lokalu czysto, balkon brudny. Stare, wysłużone ręczniki.

Спальня отдельная комната вместе со шкафам,очень понравилось Большая гостиная с диваном совмещенная с кухней и выходом на балкон.Сам балкон с солнечной стороны и в апартах было очень светло - это большой + Очень удобно готовить и не будет запаха еды на одежде как в некоторых апартаментах сразу же шкаф и кухня
На нижнем этаже под моим апартаментом был курящий гость Когда он курил на балконе весь дым шёл ко мне в жилье,хоть окна и двери были закрыты Хотя написано,что курение запрещено
