Maybe can mop and sweep the floor before client moved in if the unit didnt occupied for more than a week..

House is spacious both, living hall and dining hall. Just got a few steps between the living hall and dining hall. For senior citizen, a bit inconvenient. For children, happy to jump up and down.
High step at the car porch entering the house main door. 1 feet high. Seriously inconvenient for seniors, especially my family got 4 seniors during CNY gathering.
