I like cleanliness so the place was exceptional.
The homestay is located in a quiet and peaceful area away from the busy streets, making it a great place to relax. The house is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with working amenities including the TV, air-conditioning, water heater, and washing machine. The kitchen and living hall are spacious, and communication with the owner was smooth throughout the stay. One issue encountered was the front gate, where the metal roller kept dropping off. However, the owner responded immediately and came down to repair it, which showed responsibility and good customer service. The property also has good security camera coverage, providing additional peace of mind. The neighbours were friendly, and the location is very convenient, being close to Palm Mall and various food options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and was satisfied with the accommodation. With some further attention to the gate repair, this would be an excellent place for families and groups visiting Seremban.
