the location and the size, host was available and easy going
towels where old and smelly, floor was falling apart, flat is not proprrly renovated and it smells like old smoked cigarettes, toilet room was smelling, no internet, no mosquitoes nets, noisy day and night from main bullevard traffic..I would say this flat is not yet suitable for taking guests without major renovations. BUT on the other hand so are the most other places in Bucharest in this price range... people have no ideea how to properly make tourism and just want fast money without any service quality.
