Lovely apartment equipped with all that is needed. We stayed 6 nights. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom friendly staff, quiet at night. Lift. Hot water. Great location close to restaurants/ bars and 10 minutes to Metro, downhill.

Great location just beside the funky Manila district, 10 minutes to Poblado metro, and all around packed with restaurants and bars. We felt very at home in Cladia's comfortable studio. It's a security building with 24/7 guard, so you feel very safe. I believe it's great value for money.
The only minus, and it's a big one, is that the photo showing the fantastic view from the apartment is completely misleading and should be removed immediately. A massive apartment block now sits where that view used to be, so you look out onto a wall.

Perfect location with everything nearby, restaurants, markets, and more. We felt very safe, which was important to us, thanks to the 24/7 doorman who monitors and controls access to the building. Check-in was easy, and the apartment itself was comfortable and fully adequate. Great price-quality ratio, and communication with the owner was smooth and excellent.
As someone who always looks for accommodations with a nice view, we were disappointed because the photos showing the view are outdated, and the terrace now faces a large building under construction directly opposite. If this matters to you, it’s good to be aware.
