The location is very good. It's close to small bars and restaurants, yet far enough away from the very loud nightlife of nearby El Poblado, or Provenza. There are plenty of food options, transportation is simple; short walk to the metro station. Good safe building for families.

The Check-in process is unnecessarily complicated, the application is somewhat clunky. I understand that proper documentation is important and necessary, but there must be a better, more efficient way to perform the check-in. Fortunately the host was responsive and helpful. During our stay there were heavy rains and we had a roof leak in the kitchen and water intrusion in some of the windows, particularly the kitchen. The host tried to address the issue, but it wasn't possible to address it in a timely matter. Also, the listing makes it seem like streaming services are available. This is not the case. There's a smart TV that has some streaming apps, but you've to use your own account to access the services.
