Service of staff could be improved. Maybe help with luggages as there are only stairs at the front door of the lobby.

I recently stayed at Legacy Hill Hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is very aesthetic with beautiful decoration and a stylish ambiance that makes it stand out. The staff were kind and welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room amenities are quite basic, and the mattress could be more comfortable. I also felt that the room would benefit from more closet space and additional mirrors. Better lighting at the vanity area would also make a big difference.
As for the breakfast, it was fairly basic, but understandable given that the hotel is still new. With some enhancements over time, I believe it will become much better.
Overall, Legacy Hill Hotel is a charming place with great potential. With some upgrades in room comfort and amenities, it can easily become a top choice for future stays.
Based on the above, i think this hotel got a lot more petential to grow. I wish the room has more space and they maintain the cleanliness over time.

The whole toilet is wet when u take shower.
No cabinet to put your bag.
one side table only, the other side of the bed no side table.
Toilet too small.
