Clean, with wifi, complete equipment (rice cooker, electric cooker, heater, microwave, with cups, utensils, etc), heated shower, with free basic essentials, accommodating landlady, and worth the money. Actually, I will book here again if an opportunity arise.
Thin materials of the double bed, will creak even in minimal movements, no water from bidet (tho tissue is provided).
