Modern Nordic 1BR Big Queen Bed Uptown BGC

We booked this unit for our December trip to the Philippines. We stayed for 14 days and could not be more satisfied. First off, the property’s location is very ideal for people who want to have walking access to everything but don’t like to drive or deal with Manila traffic. The building itself is surrounded by 3 malls (Mitsukoshi, Uptown Mall, and Uptown Parade) so we were able to schedule meet-ups with friends and relatives at various restaurants easily. Bonifacio High Street is also very accessible by walking. For the unit, it’s just the ideal size for 2 adults and 1 kid. There’s a refrigerator, small kitchen, and a small dining area so you can throw some easy meals together. The host also provided knives, chopping board, pans, dinnerware, cooking oil, and some seasonings. But the real winner is the washer/dryer. We’re light packers so the ability to do laundry every few days without having to pay for expensive dry cleaning was truly a lifesaver! As for the hosts, they were phenomenal! Very responsive in the chats with questions and very accommodating with our needs. Needless to say if we ever go back to Manila, we will definitely book this place again!

I love the location, it's perfect. I love the A/C it's very cold. I love the bed it's comfy. For a solo traveler the size is perfect. The host is cooperative and responded. Overall, it's okay, I will comeback if they will fix everything.

This is my honest review, the bathroom shower has molds on the caulking, it needs deep cleaning or replacement of caulking. The shower glass is also not cleaned, lots of water stain. Both A/C was dripping water. The iron almost messed up my shirt due to stain on the iron. Told the host and offer all my shirts ironed. Did not notify me that there will be a power disruption (no electricity on the unit) on the building for more that 5 hours. I left the building because it was getting warm. They can improve the unit by fixing everything and deep cleaning the bathroom and shower glass.
