LOCALIZAÇÃO E CUSTO BENEFICIO EXCELENTE. NAO RETORNARIA MAIS, MAS VALEU A PENA POR ESTA RAZÃO.
NAO GOSTEI: É UM APARTAMENTO SIMPLES, DE FATO. FOI A MINHA ESCOLHA. MAS SE FOR PARA A FAMILIA, SOMENTE UM BANHEIRO PARA TODOS PARA BANHO, E QUANTO AOS OUTROS NAO CONTE COM OS BANHEIROS. UM DOS BANHEIROS TEM UM CHUVEIRO QUE NAO É POSSIVEL TOMAR UM BANHO SEM BATER CABEÇA, COTOVELO, OU TER ESPAÇO APROPRIADO. NAO RECOMENDO PARA MAIS DE 04 PESSOAS A ESTADIA. MOBILIARIO ANTIGO, SIMPLES E PESSOAL DOS ANFITRIOES, ATÉ AI TUDO BEM, MAS TEM MOFO OU BOLOR. ESPERO QUE CONTINUEM SENDO EXCELENTES ANFITRIOES, MAS DEVE PASSAR POR MELHORIAS O APARTAMENTO QUE TEM EXCELENTE LOCALIZAÇÃO, CUSTO BENEFICIO E VIZINHANÇA PERFEITA. ATENÇAO PARA A LIMPEZA, AINDA QUE ESTIVESSE LIMPO, OBSERVAR E TER MAIS ATENÇAO AOS DETALHES QUE FAZEM A DIFERENÇA. OBRIGADO, POR FAVOR E GENTILMENTE.

a localização é excelente.
Como ficamos muitos dias, seria interessante deixar mais tapetes nos banheiros. Mas nada que incomode, só uma sugestão mesmo.
