Not well maintained: - Hindi nag-flow freely yung water sa drain ng sink sa toilet, at sa drain on the floor ng banyo - Medyo not smelling good at madumi yung drain ng sink sa kitchen - no towel rack in the bathroom - the shampoo and body wash inside the bottles seem to have been diluted with water hence not sure if clean and safe to use - the wall mounted outlet (not fixed on the wall) at the back of microwave and toaster does not work - one of the two remote control ng aircon doesn’t work; buti na lang the other remote control works for both aircons - the cabinets in the bedroom contain items which are not well arranged; I understand kailangan nyo ng space where to put items for the condo, but wala na natirang cabinet where the guests can place their folded items (the only thing the guests can use is the part where clothes are hang)
